Thank you for signing up for first access for reservations during Harvard’s Commencement in 2027. The date of the Commencement Ceremony is Thursday May 27th 2027. There are various related events that happen the entire week so rooms in the area are in demand.
The enclosed form describes our room types and rates for these days. Once we receive your form, we will let you know what we are holding for you and calculate the amount of the deposit you must send to confirm.
We will offer rooms on a first come, first served basis from the response to this email. If you plan to stay with us please fill in the form and submit as soon as possible!

Reservation Details
- There is a three-night minimum for each reservation during this week.
- Full payment of the minimum three nights’ stay is required to confirm the reservation.
- Lower rates apply to any other nights after the 3-night minimum and payment for those nights will be due at arrival.
- Payment for the 3-night minimum is due by January 11, 2027. Once payment is made for the minimum nights, the following cancellation/refund policy applies.
- Cancellations (including for special requests) may be made until April 15, 2027 for a refund less a $100 per room cancellation fee.
- For cancellations made after 15 April, no refund is assured. For these cancellations, we will refund payment after 31 May, and only for the room nights we have been able to resell, less the $100 cancellation fee for each room.
- Rates include breakfast, afternoon treats, wifi, and books to take away. Parking is not included during this period of time in May.
- Any rooms not held by this mailing will be made available to the general public on the first Monday in January.
